Return and Refund Policy

Conditions for Returns

Non-returnable Goods

Refund Policy

Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for a refund.
Goods purchased on sale are not refundable, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Gifts

  • If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be issued to You.

  • If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
